If you have some questions you can connect through Yahoo Answers. My contact connection is open.
I suspect you do not fly, but you want to. Flying R/C is not the same as flying full size. You are an external observer when you are R.C. You will probably not be successful if you try to learn to fly yourself. You need assistance to start. Once you are used to it, then you can fly by yourself.
Do not try to learn to fly on a WW2 Fighter or similar high performance airplane. Even a lot of model airplanes labelled as "trainers" are not suitable starters.

And while technically RC planes are aircraft people here see of RC plane people the same as simulator pilots so this is kinda the wrong section

In spite of what some think, RC planes ARE aircraft. If they don't like this type of question, I'd suggest they gripe about school questions, travel questions, and military armament questions as being not "aircraft" questions. I've been flying model aircraft of most types for many years. My RC fleet ranges from less than 1 oz indoor stuff to converted free flights from the 1930s, 1940s and 1950s. I fly 25% and 33% scale acro planes. I fly 1/4 size scale birds. I have a 1/4 scale RV-4 and a 1/4 size Monocoupe 90A with full cockpit details and documentation. I fly sailplanes too. I have a 4m. span Grob and a 3.5 meter span Discus, an assortment of smaller slope birds. I have 2 Sailaires and a Sagitta for thermal flying.
OK, I'll admit it. They cost more than my old 1946 Taylorcraft, but they are more fun.
